12Applicants should have a very good working knowledge of calculus, linear algebra, elementary differential equations, probability, and statistics, and a programming language. Exposure to advanced calculus and mathematical analysis, including measure theory, is desirable but not required.

If you have previous work experience related to finance, then please make sure to mention it on your resume. It is a valuable part of your background for purposes of admission to the MAFN program.

The English proficiency requirement can be fulfilled through the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). Applicants are strongly urged to make arrangements to take these examinations early in the fall. Scores more than 2 years old are not accepted. Student score reports are not considered official.
