犹他大学（The University of Utah）Kai Fu课题组计划招收1-2名博士生，招生方向主要是电子工程（ECE）、应用物理（Applied Physics）、材料科学（Materials Science）及相关领域的学生。有兴趣的同学请发简历到kai.fu@utah.edu。

About Prof. Kai Fu’s group
Research interests: Semiconductor devices, wide bandgap semiconductors (GaN, AlN, Ga2O3, BN, diamond), material epitaxy science, nanofabrication, semiconductor characterization, reliability, heterogeneous integration, power electronics, high-temperature electronics.
Personal profile:  Prof. Kai Fu joined the University of Utah in 2022 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is the first author or co-author of 1 book chapter, 90+ journal papers, 60+ conference proceedings, and 24 granted patents. His h-index is 24 with 1900+ citations according to Google Scholar. He has supervised 10+ graduate students. He is the reviewer of 20+ journals, and a Section Board Member (Power Electronics) of Electronics.

Prof. Kai Fu
Kai Fu教授于2022年加入犹他大学，任电子与计算机工程系助理教授。他于2013年在中科院大学获得博士学位，先后担任中科院苏州纳米所副研究员、亚利桑那州立大学（ASU）助理研究科学家、及莱斯大学（Rice University）研究科学家。他曾主持和参与多项中国和美国的项目，主要研究方向是宽禁带半导体（GaN、Ga2O3、AlN、Diamond等）材料生长与器件，尤其是面向功率电子与光电集成方向。他目前发表文章90+篇，引用率1900+，获授权专利24项，是Electronics（IF 2.69）的客座编辑和功率电子方向编辑成员。
