The Leibniz-Institut für Polymerforschung Dresden e. V. (IPF) develops innovations in materials science for the fields of resources, health and information. PhD candidate (No: 189-24)
At the IPF Institute for Theory of Polymers in the research area Theory of Biologically Inspired Polymers 2 PhD positions (m/f/d) with 30 hours per week each are available.
Job description:
Development and investigation of protocells using coarse-grained simulation models
Modeling and analysis of biomolecular condensates in cell-like environments
Communicating research findings to expert audiences through scientific publications and presentations, as well as to the general public through outreach activities
The advertised position can also be filled on a part-time basis.
